Bitcoin: deposits, confirmations and payouts
Bitcoin moves money without a bank in between: you send coins from your own wallet to an address the cashier gives you, the network confirms the transaction, and the balance appears in your account. That makes it attractive for players whose bank declines casino payments — and it shifts responsibility to you, because a crypto transaction cannot be reversed. This page explains how a Bitcoin deposit and withdrawal generally work, what the network fee does and where mistakes happen. Whether Bitcoin is available in your Garage cashier is shown in your account.
Go to the offerHow to deposit with Bitcoin
- Open the cashier, choose “Deposit” and select Bitcoin, if offered.
- Copy the deposit address or scan the QR code shown in the cashier. Some cashiers generate a fresh address each time.
- In your own wallet, paste the address, enter the amount and choose a network fee.
- Send, then wait for the confirmations the cashier requires.
- Check that the balance has been credited — in euros if that is your account currency.
Which methods and limits you get depends on your account — check the cashier.
Withdrawals in Bitcoin
For a payout you enter the address of a wallet you control and file the request. The operator first runs its review — identity, bonus status, sometimes the origin of the deposit — and then sends the coins. From that moment the transaction is on the network, and its speed depends on network load and the fee the operator attaches. Check the payout address twice: a typo cannot be fixed afterwards. If you deposited with another method, the cashier may require you to withdraw that way first. The full process is on the withdrawal page.
Network fees and confirmations
Every Bitcoin transaction carries a network fee paid to the miners, not to the casino. A higher fee usually gets a transaction confirmed sooner when the network is busy; a very low one can leave it waiting. The cashier decides how many confirmations it waits for before crediting a deposit. Neither the fee nor the waiting time is set by this guide, and both can change from day to day.
Price risk
If your account runs in euros, the deposit is converted when it is credited and your play happens in euros. The Bitcoin price risk sits with you before you deposit and after you withdraw. A worked example: you buy coins for €100, the price falls 5% before you send, and your deposit is credited as about €95. The same can happen in your favour, but either way it is a second gamble on top of the one at the table.
Staying safe with Bitcoin
Use a wallet you control, keep your recovery phrase offline and never share it — no support team needs it. Send a small test amount the first time. Watch for clipboard malware that swaps a copied address: compare the first and last characters before you confirm. And remember that crypto does not change the rules of the casino account: identity checks and bonus terms apply as with any other method.
