Thinking of playing at Garage? Before your first deposit it pays to look at the licence it names, its withdrawal rules and the bonus terms — our review explains what to look for. Read the review →

This guide is written for players who would rather sit at a table or follow a match than spin reels for hours. It explains how a live studio works, why roulette, blackjack and baccarat cost different amounts over time, how to turn betting odds into probabilities and how to split a budget so it lasts longer than one evening.

You will also find the topics that matter before any deposit: what bonus terms actually ask of you, which payment methods to expect in a cashier, and how to check a licence yourself. Everything is general information — the operator’s own terms and cashier always have the final word.

Eight games from the Garage line-up

Live casino: what happens behind the video feed

At a live table the game takes place in a studio. A dealer spins the wheel or deals the cards, several cameras stream the action, and you place chips through an on-screen interface while the betting window is open. The result comes from the real table, not from an animation. Table limits — the minimum and maximum stake — are shown at each table and vary from one table to the next. Game shows such as Monopoly Roulette combine a classic game with bonus rounds and a host. How studios, betting windows and your connection fit together is covered on the live casino page.

Table games: the house edge lives in the rules

In roulette, blackjack and baccarat the house advantage follows directly from the rules, so knowing the variant tells you what a bet costs on average. The figures below are mathematical values for the usual standard rules; each table states which rules it uses.

Game / betHouse edgeWhy
European roulette2.70%one zero among 37 pockets
French roulette, even-money with La Partage1.35%half the stake returned on zero
American roulette5.26%zero and double zero among 38 pockets
Baccarat, Banker betabout 1.06%5% commission on Banker wins
Baccarat, Player betabout 1.24%no commission
Baccarat, Tie at 8:1about 14.4%payout well below the true odds

Blackjack depends on details: a blackjack paying 3:2 is far better for you than one paying 6:5, and whether the dealer stands on soft 17 shifts the maths too. Full rules with examples are on the table games page.

Sports betting: odds, probability and margin

Decimal odds of 2.50 mean a €10 stake returns €25 if it wins. The implied probability is 1 ÷ 2.50 = 40%. Add up the implied probabilities of every outcome in a market and you always land above 100% — the excess is the bookmaker’s margin. A tennis match priced 1.90 / 1.90 adds up to about 105.3%, a margin of just over 5%. Whether and to what extent Garage offers sports betting is shown on the operator’s site. The basics, bet types and worked examples are on the sports betting and bet types pages.

Bankroll: a budget that survives the evening

Decide in advance on an amount you can afford to lose — say €100 for a month — and split it into units. At €2 per round or per bet that is 50 units; at €5 only 20. The smaller the unit relative to the budget, the longer it carries you through normal swings. Stop when the budget is gone and never raise stakes to win back losses. Deposit and time limits can be set in most accounts; see limits and self-exclusion.

Payments: what to look for in the cashier

These are payment methods that are common internationally. Which methods and limits you get depends on your account — check the cashier.

Bonus: do the maths before you opt in

What to checkWhy it matters
Wagering multiplierexample: €50 bonus × 30 = €1,500 of bets
Contribution of live and table gamesoften lower than slots — read the contribution table
Maximum bet with bonus fundsbreaking it can void the bonus
Time limithow long you have to complete the wagering

Amounts, percentages and wagering are set by Garage; the bonus terms on the operator’s site are final. For table players a bonus with heavy wagering rarely works out when live games count only partly. The bonus guide shows how to run the numbers, with pages on the welcome bonus and wagering.

Pros and cons at a glance

Pros

  • The game list includes Evolution’s live game show Monopoly Roulette
  • Slots from studios such as Nolimit City, ELA Games, BGaming and Clawbuster
  • An instant game (Triple Nipple) next to the reel slots for short sessions

Cons

  • You need to check yourself whether play is allowed in your country
  • Limits, bonus rules and payment options have to be read in the cashier and terms
  • Live tables have no demo mode, so learning happens with real stakes

Licence and safety

Before signing up, look at the licence the operator names in the footer of its site and check it in the issuing regulator’s public register — the register shows whether the licence is active and which domains it covers. Read the list of restricted countries in the terms, use a unique password and turn on two-factor login if it is available. You must be 18 or older to gamble.

Play within limits

Live tables and in-play betting move fast — rounds follow each other within a minute — which is exactly why breaks matter. Set limits, take fixed pauses and never play with money meant for rent or bills. Free help is available from Gambling Therapy and Gamblers Anonymous; more on the responsible gambling page.

Frequently asked questions

What is garage-casino.com?
An independent guide to Garage focused on live casino, table games and sports betting. The site does not run any gambling, hold player accounts or take deposits; “Go to the offer” buttons are partner links to the operator.
Is it legal to play at Garage where I live?
That depends on the law of your country, not on the casino. Check which licence the operator names in the footer of its site, look it up in the regulator’s public register and read the list of restricted countries in its terms. A licence from one country does not make play legal everywhere.
Which games does Garage show?
Titles Garage presents include Evolution’s live game show Monopoly Roulette and slots such as Soaked By Seamen by Nolimit City, Piggy Brick Bonanza by ELA Games and Yokai by BGaming. The full catalogue is in the operator’s lobby.
What is the house edge in roulette?
With a single zero (European roulette) it is 2.70%; with zero and double zero (American roulette) it is 5.26%. Under the La Partage rule even-money bets drop to 1.35%. Which variant a table uses is stated in its rules.
How do I spot the bookmaker’s margin?
Convert each decimal price into a probability (1 divided by the odds) and add them up. Two prices of 1.90 give about 105.3% — the roughly 5% above 100% is the margin.
Which payment methods should I look for?
Cards (Visa, Mastercard), bank transfer, e-wallets such as Skrill, prepaid vouchers like paysafecard, Apple Pay / Google Pay and crypto are common internationally. Which methods and limits you get depends on your account — check the cashier.
Where can I get help if gambling stops being fun?
Gambling Therapy offers free online support in many languages, and Gamblers Anonymous lists meetings worldwide. Your country’s national helpline is another first point of contact.

What this site is — and what it is not

garage-casino.com is an independent guide, not the operator of Garage. It holds no accounts, takes no deposits and cannot speed up or approve a withdrawal. Clicking “Go to the offer” takes you off this site to the operator through a partner link; how that funds the site is explained in the affiliate disclosure.

Whether and how much you play is your decision. This guide aims to make it an informed one — with rules, probabilities and conditions instead of promises. Who writes the pages and how is described on the about us page and on the page of the author, Florian Aichinger.
